Shipping Time
Domestic Orders
All orders placed and paid for prior to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Australia will be dispatched that same day. All parcels are sent using Express post and personally delivered to your home, within two working days, by an official Australian Government employee, dressed like a mailman.
International Orders
Delivery time for international orders vary in delivery time but can be expected between 1-2 weeks of dispatch. When placing an international order you must observe the relevant country’s importation laws and tax requirements. Think Life cannot be held accountable for parcels stopped by Customs. Please check with your local authorities for any special requirements.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders
Within Australia, free delivery is available for orders over $40.00. Orders under $40.00 there is a flat $5.00 charge. Orders are sent using Express Post with delivery within 2 working days.
International Orders
International parcels are sent using air mail with delivery being within 5 to 10 working days after the order was placed.
